The general vehicle location is available as soon as the booking is confirmed under ‘location’ on the trip details page. Ten minutes before the start of the rental, this is updated to be the vehicle’s live GPS location.
The vehicle’s pick up address, pick up instructions, and a map which displays the vehicle’s exact location are visible in step one of the pick up process.
If you can’t see the car, search a bit further down the road in both directions, look on perpendicular roads if the location is next to a crossroads, or check the closest parallel roads.
If you still cannot locate the vehicle, contact the owner. Their contact details are displayed at the bottom of the trip details page of the app.
