Booking:
Booking takes place through the Yourdrive website, accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Start your search by entering the location you would like a vehicle as well as the dates of your trip. This will show you all vehicles in order of best match to your search criteria.
Cars that are Yourdrive GO enabled have a green banner on the vehicle card in search and a corresponding green map marker.
Turn on the ‘Yourdrive GO’ filter to show only Yourdrive GO enabled cars. To find out more about using filters, see our 'How do I use search filters?' FAQ.
Once you’ve found and booked a suitable vehicle, download the Yourdrive app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Start of the rental:
Please note, pick up is only available 10 minutes before and up to 12 hours after the rental start time. Regardless of when you pick up the vehicle, you are required to drop the vehicle back by the original drop off time. The booking will not auto-extend.
- Open the Yourdrive app and navigate to the relevant trip under ‘current trips’.

- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pick up process.

Please take good quality photos using the app. If this is not possible at the time of pick up due to location or lighting constraints, please take the best photos you can using the app during the pick up process and then further photos using your mobile phone camera application in a more ideal setting at the earliest possible convenience. Retain these photos for the duration of the rental and for an additional two weeks following completion of the rental to verify the condition of the vehicle at the time taken in case of an insurance claim.
