Yourdrive GO enabled vehicles can be booked instantly and picked up/dropped off without interaction with the owner using the Yourdrive smartphone app. At pick up, the Yourdrive app guides the renter to the vehicle location and steps them through documenting the condition of the car before unlocking the doors. At drop off, the Yourdrive app directs the renter to the return location and steps them through documenting the condition of the car before locking the doors.
Vehicles that do not have Yourdrive GO have a different booking and handover procedure. These vehicles must be requested by the renter and the owner must accept the request before the booking is confirmed. Additionally, both parties must be present at both pick up and drop off to perform a vehicle inspection and key handover.
