Declined request
For a variety of reasons, sometimes owner are unable to facilitate bookings. If an owner declines your booking request, you will be notified via email. The reason the owner declined will be in the email.
You will not be charged for the booking, the funds are only taken from your account when the owner accepts the booking request and the booking is confirmed.
Expired request
If an owner does not respond to a booking request within 24 hours or before the booking starts, whichever comes first, the request will expire. If your booking request expires, you will be notified via email.
