You can withdraw your request at any time and not be charged cancellation fees.
To withdraw a request:
- Go to My Trips.
- Beneath "Upcoming Trips" will be your request, showing the status "Awaiting Response".
- Click View Details to be taken to the booking page.
- Click Withdraw Request.
