You need to update your payment method to confirm your upcoming booking.
To do this:
- Please log in to Yourdriv
- Navigate to the My Trips page
- You should see the relevant booking under 'Needs Action'
- Click Pay and confirm to be taken to the trip details page
- Click Pay and confirm and enter your credit card details.
- If your payment is successful, your booking will be confirmed instantly. If your payment is declined again, an error message will be displayed on screen and you will be required to enter credit card details again until payment is made successfully.
Please update your payment method within 24 hours of your request being accepted or before the booking start time if that's within 24 hours. If payment is not made successfully within the applicable window, your booking will be cancelled.
