You need to create a new booking request through the site. The new booking needs to start at the same time the original booking ends or end at the same time the original booking starts to ensure you have insurance coverage for the duration of the time you have the vehicle.
An owner may have booking preferences applied which prevent you from making a booking with a short lead time or no time between bookings. If you are receiving errors when you are trying to book, please contact the owner and ask them to loosen these settings temporarily.
Please note a booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the owner and payment has been made.
You need to contact the vehicle owner to make arrangements for the earlier drop off. Once you both agree on new drop off time and date, please contact us to inform us of the agreed time and date and provide evidence of the agreement. We will then adjust the booking end time in the system.
If you and the owner cannot agree on early drop off arrangements, it's expected that the original drop of date and time will be upheld.
No renter refunds are guaranteed for shortened bookings. Discretion is used by Yourdrive depending on circumstances surrounding early drop off.
