I want to update my password
If you know your current password, but you want to change it:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Change Password
- Follow the instructions on screen.
Please note, you'll need to enter your existing password to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, please log out of Yourdrive and follow the instructions on our 'How do I reset my password?' FAQ.
I use Facebook to log in, but I want to create a Yourdrive password
If you created a Yourdrive account by connecting to Facebook, you weren't required to create a password.
You can continue to log in via Facebook, or if you'd like to have a different Yourdrive account password you can create one by logging out of your Yourdrive account and then following the steps as if you forgot your password.
Once you change your password, you'll no longer be able to sign in using Facebook.
