Usually, renters pick up the vehicle from its registered location. You can see the vehicle’s approximate location in map search. The vehicle’s exact registered location is sent to you in your booking confirmation email and is available to view in the booking under My Trips.
Some owners are happy to deliver the vehicle to the airport or other transport hubs in the area. This will be stated in the vehicle description. If you’d like to pick up the vehicle from a location other than the registered location, you need to arrange this with the owner directly through the Message Inbox. Owners may charge a small cash fee for this service, this must be agreed upon from the outset.
