As per our Terms and Conditions, renters are liable for all infringements that occur during the rental periods.
When an owner receives the infringement notice, they will send it to us. We will confirm that the notice relates to the period of your rental and forward the details of it onto you.
You have 48 hours to either pay the associated charge and provide proof of payment or, dispute the ticket providing evidence that you are not responsible.
If this ticket remains unpaid after 48 hours, you provide insufficient evidence or, we do not get a response we will charge your payment method the amount of the infringement plus our $40 administrative fee, as per our Terms and Conditions Schedule 1: Fees.
