Electric and hybrid vehicles are welcomed with open arms to Yourdrive.
As most people are less familiar with using electric and hybrid vehicles, we recommend you take some special steps to ensure great rental experiences.
First, clearly and explicitly state in your vehicle description that your vehicle is electric or hybrid. Also, choose “Electric" or "Hybrid" as the fuel type when you create the listing for your vehicle.
Once a renter books your vehicle, message them to let them know the specifics of your vehicle e.g. how long the charge lasts and how long it takes to charge the vehicle. Also, let them know what type of plug your vehicle takes and where they can find charging stations.
At pick up, show the renter how to operate and charge the vehicle. It's also a good idea to send them written instructions for reference.
