If we determine that the vehicle is a "write-off" due to damage or loss, we will pay you the fair market rate for the Booked Vehicle to a maximum of $300,000.
The fair market value is an estimate of the market value based on what a knowledgeable, willing, and unpressured buyer would probably pay to a knowledgeable, willing, and unpressured seller in the market.
