Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected. If it is not, the owner can make a fuel claim. When submitting a claim, please provide photos of the fuel gauge from before and after the rental.
Cleanliness
The vehicle must be returned to the same level of cleanliness as when collected. The vehicle must not be smoked in or carry animals unless the owner explicitly states it is permitted. If there is reason to believe either of the above have occurred during the rental, the owner can make a cleaning claim. When submitting a claim, please provide photos of the vehicle condition from before and after the rental.
Late return
The vehicle must be returned by the time the booking period ends and proper drop off procedure must be followed. If the vehicle is returned late or is not dropped off in accordance with the drop off arrangements, the owner can make a late return claim.
Damage
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when collected. If there is new damage, in excess of general wear and tear, the owner can make a damage claim. When submitting a claim, please provide photos of the vehicle condition from before and after the rental.
Toll Charges
Renters are responsible for prepaying the tolls they incur during their rental. If you receive a toll notice for charges incurred during a rental period, please submit a claim attaching the toll notice as evidence.
Infringements
Renters are liable for all infringements that occur during the rental periods. If you receive an infringement notice for an event occurring during a rental period, please submit a claim attaching the infringement notice as evidence.
As per our Terms and Conditions, incident reports must be made with within two business days of the end of the rental period or you becoming aware of the Damage (whichever is the earlier).
