How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking at any time before your trip begins. 

To cancel an upcoming booking:

1. Go to My Vehicles.
2. Click the View Bookings for the relevant vehicle.
3. Under "Upcoming Trips", find the booking you'd like to cancel.
4. Click View Booking Details to go to the trip page.
5. Select Cancel Booking.

Cancellation fees may apply. These fees will depend on how far in advance you cancel your booking. All of our cancellation fees are outlined in our Owner Terms and Conditions, specifically Schedule 1: Fees.
