We always expect renters to complete confirmed trips, however, sometimes a trip needs to be cancelled for reasons outside of their control. If a renter cancels their confirmed booking, you will receive an email notifying you of this.
If a booking does not proceed, it is policy to not pay the owner's fee, however, we evaluate each renter cancellation and make a decision regarding owner payout on a case by case basis depending on the inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
